Rich's story
I was driving toward an intersection and was slowing down as the light was red. I was about 300 feet from the light when it turned green. So I let off the brake and was coasting into the intersection. A car was coming toward the intersection from the left and it was not slowing down. I hit the break and my smart stopped on a dime. The other driver now seeing the light was red and saw me coming across the road hit their break and skidded across the intersection stopping in front of me. Had I been in a larger car I would have been struck on the driver's side. I have also avoided other crashes due to the smart's amazing agility and responsiveness.
