Going the posted 45 mph speed limit, I recently rounded a blind corner in a construction zone only to find a big SUV blocking the single lane to make a left turn at the top of a hill. I was able to take an evasive maneuver around and to the right of the SUV, at speed, through the small paved area available, while the larger car behind me screeched to a halt narrowly missing rear ending the stopped SUV. Thanks smart!
I'm picking up my second smart tomorrow for my wife, or will she take my cabrio???
And by the way, at 6' 9" 275#, I love the high seating position, leg and head room in my smart. No other car compares for total value, fun, safety, Eco-Economy, and sheer coolness!
