I was driving home from getting gasoline at shell driving down a hill. At the bottom of the hill there is an intersection. "S" my car came closer to the intersection, the light turned green so I proceeded through the intersection. This older gentleman in a red ford focus side swiped me at about 35 mph with no turn signal on whatsoever. I was able to walk out of my car unscathed and he was stuck in his Ford Focus until the fire department came and got him out. He suffered a totaled car and a broken hand while my smart car had 11k worth of damage. Thank god I was driving my smart!
